This a GP9U. Built as ATSF 708 in May 1956, builder's #21578, frame #5450-9. Rebuilt by ATSF in Sept 1979, reclassified as GP9U and renumbered 2285:2. Merged into BNSF and renumbered 1671. Sold to JTPX.

Any idea if this elevator still has a locomotive? I thought this loco got shipped off to RELCO a few years ago.
